A new winter ascent awaits us. We adjust the waistband of our KAMET SHIELD mountaineering pants using the hook-and-loop fastening closure. Made from thick, 100% recycled polyester, they feature a windproof and water-repellent membrane that protects us effectively from the elements. They are highly breathable (25K) and allow for comfortable movement. If necessary, we can open the two ventilation zips on the thighs. The combination of their flexibility and an active cut with pre-formed knees offers great freedom of movement.

The three zip hand and back pockets provide ample safe storage for our essentials, as does the additional thigh pocket. Thanks to the zip with a hook-and-loop fastener, these softshell pants fit perfectly over boots. They also feature integrated gaiters and reinforced polyamide cuffs for effective, long-lasting insulation from the cold. Comfortable and versatile, these mountain pants are also perfect for our ski touring sessions.
