How is the points calculated?

There are 3 ways at this moment you can earn Points at Xnocs:

1) Points are earned on account signup.

Sign-Up can be done by clicking “My Account” tab and then “Register”

OR
During Checkout check “Create an account” box and enter your password

2) Points are earned upon purchasing the product(s). It is compulsory for you to sign up an account before you can earn your purchase points.

3) Points are earned for writing a review on product(s).

After successfully earning Points you can make redemption of your Points at the Cart page by pressing the button “Apply Discount” OR during the checkout time.

During Checkout page press Apply Discount button

This action will open a popup box in which you can add the amount of Points you wish to redeem on your current order.

To check your Xnocs Points you have to “Login to your Account” using your email and password after successfully Login on your left hand you will see the “Points” tab.

Upon click the tab named “Points” you will be taken to the page where you will be able to see your remaining balance of Points and also the past history of your Points earned and redeemed.

Yes, certainly points are earned and redeem on Sales item as well. The amount of points you will earn depend on the net price (means after the sale price).

The Maximum Points Discount you can redeem at one orders is “5000 Points”.

Woefully yes, the expiration date for Points is 18 months since the date you sign-up and start collecting Points.

Yes, of course you can redeem as many Points as you wish to redeem during checkout. Unutilized points will remain in your account for your next order usage but subject to the 18 month’s expiry period.

At this moment Xnocs Points are not transferable to other customers. One person can redeem point based on his/her own personal account.
